Information you provide

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, glass preferences and details about your door or project. If you continue with an installation, this can include your service address and scheduling details.

If you send photos of the interior and exterior of your door by text, email or social messaging, we receive those photos and the accompanying messages. Please avoid including people, documents, access codes or other private details that are not needed to assess your door.

AI door previews

When you use our door preview tool, we collect your email address, selected design, submission time and preview status to provide the preview and follow up about your project. We store these lead details privately and may copy them to our private Google business records. Your email is not sent to OpenAI as part of the image-generation request.

Your uploaded photo and the selected design reference are sent to OpenAI to create an AI visualization. The site does not save your photo or generated preview to persistent storage; save the preview to your device if you want to keep it. OpenAI processes these images under its applicable API data policies. We also use daily hashed network identifiers and attempt counts to limit misuse. Avoid including people, house numbers, access codes or other unnecessary private details in your photo.

Website information and cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, including quote submissions and clicks on phone, message, catalog and social links. Analytics can collect browser and device information, pages viewed, referring sources, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies can affect website functionality. This website does not currently change its analytics behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Who receives information

Our quote form is processed through Formspree. Information you submit is handled by Formspree and delivered to us so we can respond. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.

Service providers supporting website hosting, analytics, email and messaging process information as part of providing those services. Project details can also be shared with the people helping us prepare or complete your installation, as needed for that work. If you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or another platform, that platform processes your information under its own privacy policy.

Information can also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our business and customers.

Calls, texts and email

When you provide contact information or message us, we use it to respond about your inquiry, quote or service. Submitting a quote request does not by itself enroll you in automated marketing texts. You can ask us to stop promotional contact at any time using the contact details below. Your carrier’s message and data rates can apply to texts and photos.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal or dispute-resolution needs. The period depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. No website, electronic message or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send payment card details or sensitive identification documents through the quote form or text messages.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to provide optional information. Without the details needed to assess your project, we might be unable to prepare a quote or provide service. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about how it is used. We will respond as required by applicable law and can ask for information to verify your identity. Some records need to be retained for legal or business obligations.

Children’s information

Our website and services are intended for adults arranging home improvements, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
